Injection Mold(STAVAX)

설계부터 제작까지 100% 국내생산

플라스타는 PEI 소재를 사용하기 때문에 높은 사출 온도를 견딜 수 있는
STAVAX(크롬 합금 스테인레스 금형강) 금형을 사용하고 있습니다.
STAVAX는 내부식성이 뛰어나며 내마모성이 우수하여 10만 장 이상 사출
을 하여도 사출물의 변형이 없고, 사출 시 제품의 고광택을 유지할 수 있게
하는 경면성 또한 우수한 금형입니다.
또한 우수한 품질을 유지하기 위해 100% 국내 생산을 원칙으로 합니다.
금형은 저가형 중국 금형을 사용하거나, 중국에서 제작하지 않고 국내에
서 직접 금형 설계부터 제작 및 사출까지 꼼꼼하게 진행하고 있습니다.
플라스타는 정기적으로 금형을 관리하며, 사출 시 오차 범위를 줄이기 위
해 연구하는 등 우수한 품질을 위해 꾸준히 노력하며 고급스러운 제품을
만들어왔습니다.
Since Plasta uses PEI materials, it uses STAVAX molds that can withstand
high injection temperatures. STAVAX(Chrome Alloy Stainless Die Steel) has
an excellent corrosion resistance and good abrasivity resistance, so even
if more than 100,000 pieces are ejected, there is no deformation of the
injection material, and the specularity that keeps the gloss to stay long is
excellent as well.
Moreover, in order to maintain its excellent quality, 100% domestic
production is done in principle. The molds are not made of low-
cost Chinese molds or produced in China but are carefully designed,
manufactured, and produced in Korea. Plasta regularly manages molds
and has been making high-quality products by constantly working to
reduce the margin of error in injection.
